Internal lubricant and antistatic release agents for the thermoplastic industry

Characterized as processing aids, internal lubricant release agents provide different effects depending on the dosage introduced into the material. They primarily eliminate the need for a release agent sprayed onto the mold. They have an antistatic function, which allows the colorant to mix easily with the material and eliminate marbling. The flow of the material and the filling of the mold are promoted, which gives the part a very good surface finish. Anti-tak functions, or surface lubricant effects, are allowed depending on the dosage.
